HackerOne is worked up to announce the revamp of our Disclosure Help program! Our aim is to reset expectations and realign with the hacker neighborhood. As such, you may even see a few of your submissions to Disclosure Help closed as informative.

What’s the aim of Disclosure Help? At the start, Disclosure Help is a best-faith effort. Submitting to this program has no assure of motion or decision by HackerOne or the impacted social gathering.

We’ll act on legitimate stories and try contact with the impacted social gathering for bugs that meet the next standards:

  • Crucial affect to an affected firm/group that doesn’t have a public Vulnerability Disclosure Program or Bug Bounty Program.
  • Massive person or societal affect (e.g., a big enterprise with a ton of person information uncovered)

Examples of Crucial Influence Bugs:

  • SQLi
  • RCE
  • Info Disclosure of bulk PII (Private Identifiable Info) information
